Our Own Products – Protective Car Seat Covers

Váralja Varroda Bt.’s main profile is the production of custom-tailored, precisely fitted protective car seat covers made from automotive upholstery and Alcantara materials. Our company was among the first in 1992 to begin manufacturing made-to-measure protective car seat covers. The majority of our finished seat covers are sold through car dealerships and automotive stores, but we also proudly serve private customers! Upon request, we also provide embroidery of logos and inscriptions based on customer needs. We manufacture custom seat covers for all brands and vehicle types, including passenger cars, trucks, lorries, minibuses, buses, and transport vehicles. Each cover is individually tailored for the specific vehicle model using factory-grade automotive upholstery materials selected by the customer, ensuring that all seat functions remain fully usable, including seat belts, armrests, headrest openings, release levers, and seat adjustment positions, all designed according to the original layout.

Our company offers decades of experience, reliable performance indicators, and strong references for future clients seeking contract sewing services. Over more than four decades since the establishment of our sewing workshop, and over three decades since Váralja Varroda Bt. was founded, we have served numerous partners and clients in the field of contract sewing. In line with our main profile, we have supplied upholstered car seat covers to the automotive industry, but we have also manufactured cosmetic bed covers, workwear, yoga cushions, bedding sets, robes, coats, and a wide range of ready-made textile products. Our workshop provides contract sewing with customer-supplied materials and pre-made patterns, up to the extent of our available capacity. We operate an in-house cutting department, heavy-duty two-feed and three-feed production lines, an industrial straight-stitch sewing line, and industrial 3-, 4-, and 5-thread interlock (interlock/overlock) sewing lines.

We also have specialized auxiliary machines, including button sewing, hole punching, bartack, coverstitch, and snap-fastening machines. We currently work with a team of 20 employees, and we are open to expanding our workforce based on client demand!
