The ordered products are delivered by the courier services contracted by the Company. Delivery times may vary depending on the service provider; however, packages are generally delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order.
If the Customer fails to accept the package, the respective courier service will proceed in accordance with its own terms and conditions. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from unsuccessful delivery or the return of the package.
For resellers, in the case of larger orders, we can provide customized delivery arrangements based on prior agreement.
