Váralja Varroda, as the Service Provider, ensures the Customer’s right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase if the purchased product is not suitable for its intended use. However, prior to exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must first make use of the one-time repair opportunity provided by the Service Provider.
The intention to withdraw must be communicated to the Service Provider in writing or in person, and the product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, together with any accessories supplied with it.
Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, the Service Provider shall refund the purchase price without undue delay, but no later than 14 days, including the standard delivery cost of the product.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not affect the Service Provider’s obligations arising from product defects or warranty claims, and it does not apply to products excluded under applicable legislation.
